Companies moving into new offices in Sweden in 2026 and 2027
Every new lease in Sweden is published by the landlord months before the tenant moves in. A company taking new premises buys a cleaning contract, furniture, network, alarms, signage and the move itself within a short period, and the suppliers are usually chosen before the keys are handed over. Here is what is known right now in the three largest growth regions, taken from the radar's latest passes through public sources. The Swedish versions of these lists, with more detail per county, are under Kunskap.
Stockholm (updated 12 October 2026)
Embark Studios, the game developer, moves to about 7,000 square metres in Sergelhusen in central Stockholm in November 2026. Who can use this list
Cleaning and facility services companies, office fit-out and furniture suppliers, moving companies, electrical and network installers, alarm and access-control firms, signage companies, coffee and catering suppliers and staffing agencies. Each new lease above means at least one new contract for each of them, and most of these decisions are taken six to eighteen months before the move.
Where the signals appear first
Landlord press releases (Vasakronan, Fabege, Atrium Ljungberg, Castellum, Platzer, Wallenstam, Bonnier Fastigheter, Corem) on Mynewsdesk and Cision, property media such as Fastighetsvärlden, Fastighetssverige, Nya Projekt and Lokalguiden, local papers such as UNT and Göteborgs-Posten, and municipal building permits. The radar checks these every week.
How to get them every week
Lead Radar searches public sources every week for companies that move, build or open something new. You pick one or more Swedish counties and describe what you sell, and the radar shows only companies with a dated reason to buy exactly that, with the event, date and a link to the source. Landlords, brokers and competitors are filtered out. The first scan is free and needs no payment card.
